Positives:
The staff were excellent, very kind and welcoming. I was able to check in about an hour early which was very helpful.
We also checked out the pool which was nice and heated for a perfect fall afternoon! We had that to ourselves for about an hour which was nice.
Breakfast was good, not tons of selections but it worked well for what we needed it for. Loved the topping choices for the waffles!
Negatives:
For some reason the TV remote would just randomly stop working. We figured it needed a battery change but there was a screw in so we couldn't change it ourselves.
There was also big wads of hair we found in and around the pool area. I figure it was a slower day (stayed Monday into Tuesday) but I would hope that still would mean someone would be maintaining and cleaning the pool room.
There were also only 2 mini towels left but we asked the front desk and they were able to refill it. Not a huge deal, but just something we had to ask for.

Rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. On top of that, the location was excellent! Thanks, Hampton Inn - super good job
Negatives:
I wish they could have billed me for two rooms through booking but ended up having to pay for one room at the hotel and one room in advance through booking. Was trying to pay for both rooms through booking since it was a work. Very minor inconvenience. All good in the end!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet and the beds and bedding were very comfortable! Breakfast was presented well and adequate.
Negatives:
We were asked by cleaning personnel if we wanted our room cleaned as we left our floor. We said yes but our room had not been cleaned when we returned 10 hours later.
