Negatives: Nothing really, wish they had complimentary breakfast

Negatives: Everything looked a bit dated. Shower was not great.

Negatives: The AC was not working. It was 81 degrees in our room. Apparently this has happened before from reading other comments. They gave us fans. They overbooked and canceled our reservation. The manager reinstated our reservation but for a totally different room and price.

Negatives: The air conditioner stopped working on the 3rd day and the room was very hot. Maintenance went to the room to “fix it” but didn’t really do much

Negatives: The room was HOT. The temp would not go under 75 degrees. We tried to speak to the front desk and waited for HOURS before following up. We were forgotten. As we stood there saying we couldn't do another night at 75 degrees, another client was also complaining about a 76 degree room and could not find a working ice machine. They literally rattled off every floor and told her to just check each floor till she found some. Finally, we were moved to a different room (which was a pain). All in all, the hallways smell musty, the HVAC is loud and doesn't work, apparently there are no working ice machines, and the staff seem overwhelmed. The decor is cool and the rooms are huge - so its a shame the rest was so off.

Negatives: 1) The smell of the room. It smelled like cat pee. 2) open soda can left in fridge. 3) The shower leaked water all over the floor A LOT. There was only one plastic guard installed by the handle where it wasn't needed, and NO guard plastic runner along the seam of the glass hinged door leaving a large gap for water to escape. Even when trying to direct the shower head away from the seam, it didn't matter due to the splash back from your body. A huge mess on the floor every day. 4) Requests for extra towels were not fulfilled. On the day of arrival, I asked for 3 extra towels. Nothing arrived. The next day I went to the front desk in the morning and asked for some towels. I went about my day. Came back late in the afternoon and stopped by the front desk to ask if the towels were brought up. I was told yes. Get to my room. No towels. I made a call to the reception agent and informed them no towels were brought up. They said they would. Remainder of the night no towels. Next day. I call again. Leave. Again no towels upon return. Call again. Finally, a few hours later, some towels are brought up. 5) Stayed 3 nights and 4 days, and not once did housekeeping come in to replace towels, toilet paper, empty trash, or make up the rooms. (no sign was ever up saying do not disturb).

Negatives: No ac, broken elevators, broken shower, and I have requested a full refund.
