The parking situation was confusing and it would be beneficial to have this information in the email that goes out several days before the reservation. You cannot park in the garage until you check in, however I was not able to park in front of the hotel to check in due to several buses and trolleys blocking the area.

The location is great, right at the heart of Providence. The room (a small suite) was a good size. Self parking was close by (just behind the hotel).
Negatives:
The room's decor was a little tired and we had to call the front desk to help close a window, which was jammed. Parking was an additional $34 per night (the listing advised this was valet parking, in fact it was self-parking).
