Breakfast was more than I thought which was a plus, rooms were comfy and spacious especially for the price, and overall very comfortable atmosphere.

The elevators definitely need some fixing, the left one closest to the check-in area would constantly get stuck on the first floor and wouldn't let you go up no matter what. Other than that, not much else to note.

Location is fantastic in this very walkable, clean, friendly city. Breakfast room is large and beautifully decorated with a soaring ceiling and yellow and white Georgian style wall paintings. Breakfast offered hot entrée as well as the usual cold offerings were extremely quiet and my room was next to a linen closet and an ice machine. Never heard any noise. A free shuttle will take you to anywhere within 2 miles of the hotel. We used it twice, and the driver was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and timely. It cannot replace Uber, but was very helpful to us.

Parking was costly but equal to all other downtown hotels.
