The valet parking is truly a nightmare getting in and out - there can be a line up of cars down the street. The customer service desk person was super rude when I called about if there was a pool, and when asking about WiFi the person hung up the phone on my sister.

The Hotel is super central and upon request we got a room in the upper floors. Personnel was super kind and the house is fully renovated and it was a great place to stay.
