Positives: The hotel was clean, the room was nice just needed more towels and washcloths. Breakfast was good.

Negatives: We had a family matter that arose back home and we needed to return home. We were given the run around who would give us a my money back for one night. The girl at the front desk when asked to speak to the manager was questioning me before she got the manager. Which I did not go into detail with her.

Positives: We arrived very late, there was a staff member available to greet us with no wait time. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was friendly and helpful. Coffee was great but there is also a Dunkin Donuts across the street.
