Negatives: I don’t like how other guests stand outside the main entrance of the hotel smoking cigarettes and marijuana with a no smoke sign clearly posted and visible. The front desk associate was standing outside with several guests at one point in time which seems she was socializing with them as they were all talking and smoking outside. The floor of my room was not cleaned. I had taken one of the hotel towels and whipped the door clean as the floor was covered in dirt. The bathroom of the room smelled like urine. I believe there might have been a pet in the room previously before that may have urinated on the bathroom door frame and the urine soaked into the frame or something but it was extremely potent. Also the refrigerator was in poor condition. The outside of the refrigerator was rusty and dirty and looked extremely old.

Negatives: Worn down and dirty, not enough hooks, outlets, or even a sheer privacy curtain

Negatives: It was $175. For mismatched furniture and a basic bedframe. But again, it was clean. Foyer is dim, and shabby. But the grab and go muffins and granola bars with coffee were expertly and efficiently presented, and very clean.

Negatives: Check in is at 3 pm. I work third shift and that is very late for me. In the past, they would let me check in earlier and pay a fee of $10 per hour for how early I wanted to check in. This is no longer their practice. went in at 11 am and asked if I’d be able to check in any earlier than 3pm. I was told the earliest I could would be 2 pm because there were no rooms available that were currently clean. So what this means to me, that people would be checking out at 11 am but it would take until 2 pm to clean at least 1 room. Which doesn’t make sense to me. Instead of giving a reason that doesn’t make sense, they should just say they need to adhere to their policy but are willing to let it slide by only an hour. I find it rude that they give a reason that is obviously not true. They explain at the time of check in that there is a fine for smoking within 250 feet (I think). However, people are always standing right outside the doors smoking so I have to walk through their smoke to get in. If it’s such an important rule, then they should be more diligent about making sure it’s enforced. I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and this scenario is common. Everytime I’ve ever stayed here after 1 day my key stops working. I always be sure to keep my key in the sleeve and in my bag away from any electronics. So I have to go to the front desk and wait for someone to appear because no one stays at the desk and they take a long time to ever come. There is one guy, not sure what his name is, but he’s not very pleasant. And supposedly they have a “free breakfast” from 6 am to 9 am. This is a small coffee station with limited options. Because I get out of work around 8 am, by the time I get there, there’s only packages of oatmeal. Supposedly they put out muffins and bagels-but I’ve never seen them. All they put in the room are 2 bars of soap and a tiny tube of shampoo. They do tell you they have other items available at no charge if you ask. Which is annoying and inconvenient.

Negatives: When we arrived the room was clean and nice ( tv remote didnt work we called down for one the staff was so nice and came with one ( that didnt work either ) we wasnt going to complain again an just deal with no tv but We turned heat on for a short period to warm up an within seconds the room filled with a fire urine smell from the ac unit the smell was SO STRONG AS IF PEOPLE ARE PEEING IN THE AC UNITS , i called down for staff to come up ! Staff smelled the horrid smell and agreed to change our room ! The new room tv had no signal and the bed flopped from one side to the other ! An made noises ! We wont stay again !

Negatives: The rooms smelled of piss and pet. The bathroom smelled like piss before we settled in the room. The halls smell like dogs. The vending area was flooded with water.

Negatives: Overall, the room and kitchen area were a little "long in the tooth." Just kind of old and beat up a bit. Pretty bare bones, but I guess you get what you pay for. Weak lighting and not nearly enough electrical outlets.

Negatives: All was great

Negatives: Short staff and I waited for more than 20 min just to see a person and check in ..Lobby was a joke and too small..I got in at 7:30 pm then was tired and just wanted a shower but not one towel and had to go waiting to find another person 10plus minutes to find a person for towels..Went back to rm and it took almost 30 minutes to get..Ready to finally shower and no Soap shampoo or conditioner..I was pretty upset at this put and i would have left and went somewhere else but it was 8:40pm ..People loitering in the parking lot..My girlfriend did not feel safe when getting her things out of her truck..I was in rm 235 my keycard did not work and it smelled like weed on the 2nd floor..Next morning person sitting on curb rt next to my vehicle and he had no vehicle..

Negatives: Refrigerator was rusty on the outside, room was dark and dingy, TV was tricky to figure out, no instructions

Negatives: a breakfast option would have been nice
