The staff was friendly and the location was a good location in relation to the places we were visiting. Room was clean.
Negatives:
They advertise breakfast but it's just a table with coffee and prepackaged muffins and breakfast bars. I was expecting more, these are snacks. The elevator and stairwell smelled faintly like cigarettes. The handle on the bathroom door came off and the door was difficult to latch closed.

The room was clean, bed very comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located for Providence airport from which we had an early flight. Staff were helpful. We managed to grab breakfast as we left, which was a small blueberry muffin, oat bar and a coffee.

Value was not great but reasonable compared with other hotels.

A GOOD CHOICE IN A...
Positives:
The location of the hotel was great, super convenient. Not far from the interstate, the staff checking in was polite, informative, and friendly. Our room was nice, very cute setup.
Negatives:
The bed in our room was very uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on a piece of plywood and woke up with back pains the nights we were there. We were in room 242. One of the lights in our room didn't work either. I forgot to tell the hotel staff.

Everything was great, staff made...

The property is located in a quiet area with a lot of nearby places accessible that is extremely convenient for traveling leisure.
Negatives:
I don’t like how other guests stand outside the main entrance of the hotel smoking cigarettes and marijuana with a no smoke sign clearly posted and visible. The front desk associate was standing outside with several guests at one point in time which seems she was socializing with them as they were all talking and smoking outside. The floor of my room was not cleaned. I had taken one of the hotel towels and whipped the door clean as the floor was covered in dirt. The bathroom of the room smelled like urine. I believe there might have been a pet in the room previously before that may have urinated on the bathroom door frame and the urine soaked into the frame or something but it was extremely potent. Also the refrigerator was in poor condition. The outside of the refrigerator was rusty and dirty and looked extremely old.
