A little noisy with other guests opening/closing doors and running showers. Also, the AC/heater is noisy cycling on and off, makes it hard to sleep at night. I discovered that I could set it to "Fan on constant", and that was better for sleeping.

The staff was friendly and the location was a good location in relation to the places we were visiting. Room was clean.
Negatives:
They advertise breakfast but it's just a table with coffee and prepackaged muffins and breakfast bars. I was expecting more, these are snacks. The elevator and stairwell smelled faintly like cigarettes. The handle on the bathroom door came off and the door was difficult to latch closed.

The room was clean, bed very comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located for Providence airport from which we had an early flight. Staff were helpful. We managed to grab breakfast as we left, which was a small blueberry muffin, oat bar and a coffee.

Value was not great but reasonable compared with other hotels.

A GOOD CHOICE IN A...
Positives:
The location of the hotel was great, super convenient. Not far from the interstate, the staff checking in was polite, informative, and friendly. Our room was nice, very cute setup.
Negatives:
The bed in our room was very uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on a piece of plywood and woke up with back pains the nights we were there. We were in room 242. One of the lights in our room didn't work either. I forgot to tell the hotel staff.
