Positives:
The location. We stayed here before and I cant put my finger on it but certain customers are treated better than others. They have a passive nature about them and appear to be super helpful and friendly with some and quick to dismiss others. I
Negatives:
The room was not cleaned. The bed had hairs, lints and actual crumbs under the covers. Gross. I was surprised for a Hilton there should be checks in place. The room was changed but the apology given felt fake. Some folks seemed too busy to care.

It was very close to the airport.
Negatives:
There was no shuttle service to the airport and parking was confusing as it is run by a separate parking management company. There was no availability for our trip so we had to scramble to find other accommodations.

Do your research if doing an airport stay - there are better options that are less confusing and offer more.

They charge $12.00 per night for parking. I was not aware of that if I were made aware I would have no problem in paying.

The location is conveniently located near the airport and rental car return. Staff are always so helpful and friendly. This is my go to hotel when in Rhode Island. Would recommend for business travel. The Iron Works Restaurant is connected to the hotel as well!!

The rooms were a good size and it was clean. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The pool was out of service and at no point did anyone let us know that ahead of time. When we go for dance competitions and have short stays, we always try to make sure that we have a hotel with a pool. Being that the pool was out of service, it was quite a disappointment to me and my family.

Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly
Negatives:
Dirty water when turned on shower. Took picture of it. Shower water wouldnt get hot enough. Barely warm. , elevator stopped working during our stay and forced to go up 6 flights of stairs to get to room. Faucet was half broken.
