Elizabeth at the breakfast was wonderful, she was exceptional, she treated us with respect. She ensured we had all the food we needed.
Initially we were given an unworthy room on arrival with paint and tools all over, we had to go back to the reception and be assigned a different room. The room we were given, the bathroom was dirty with long hair all over, we let go bcoz we were tied. The room was eventually cleaned up the following day. Margaret of housekeeping was excellent, though we didn’t speak Spanish, she tried her best to communicate in English. She tried to make our room clean whenever we requested.
Negatives:
Some staff at the reception are not helpful and or have attitude towards your color or and race. The facilities are old. The swimming pool is dirty and not well kept.

Free airport shuttle; price; close to car rental return but certainly not a destination in itself. Great if you need to catch a plane from PVD airport.

this hotel provides rooms for the homeless; did not like the fact that they have homeless reside there in what could be my room
