Positives:
The room was comfortable. The bed was the best ever, wish I could have the same at home. The waitress, Gianna, in the restaurant was outstanding. Give the woman a raise! The included breakfast was good - first time I ever had eggs benedict as an included breakfast. Andrew at the front desk was pleasant.
Negatives:
Construction in the building above my room woke me up early. Very loud banging. Guests should not be located near construction activities or at least told and be discounted a room. Very unpleasant. Also watch your charges when you leave. I was overcharged on my stay by 37.68. My Booking.com total price including breakfast was 179.67. I was charged $217.35. When I took it up with the manager he refunded $27.68 for the breakfast. I hope the $10 difference went to the wonderful waitress, Gianna.

Positives:
The people - Chris -Andrew - a wait staff person Adrian ( he filled in for us for a moment as our waiter … he was washing glasses and dish-wear before ) super nice guy. Chris and Andrew were special and Brie ( I think her name when I called ) was just wonderful .

I love the design and the industrial vibe. The art was beautiful and the rug in the room was gorgeous. I also thought the bed and pillows were nice.
Negatives:
-mold build up on the shower head causing low water pressure
-sink is ridiculous, you can't wash your face without getting a puddle of water on the floor
-only one overhead light in the whole room and not enough light with lamps on
-I was provided with body wash in the shower, but wasn't provided with hand soap etc. I verified with the front desk that there should have been toiletries provided.
-cheap finishings such as toilet paper, cups, etc.
-a luggage rack would be nice, there is room for one but not enough space to put your luggage
--the shower is see-thru (frosted), so if you were staying with someone they can watch you shower
