Positives: Breakfast was good. There were plenty of options to choose from. Location was good. Close to restaurants.

Negatives: Room was older & starting to need updates. The fridge was unplugged on arrival which was inconvenient because we needed to use it. The gym was not opened. It was $50 more per night than a Hampton Inn in nearby city in SC which was newer and nicer. The value wasn't there.

Negatives: Did not receive cleaning service when requested, bathroom sink and tub didnt drain - I had to pull out the drain-stops, and bathroom wasnt as clean as it should have been. The top of the toilet - tank and seat were dusty and dirty, the edges sod the bathroom floor were grimy. There may have been new shower rods, because the curtain didnt close all the way. I had to hold it in place with damp hand towels.

Negatives: The thermostat t didnt work. Required we use the window unit to cool down our room which was insufficient and noisy. The shower was not walk in. Shower handle fell off. The grout was coming out. Place needs updating.
