Phone to call front desk wasn’t plugged in.went to front desk to get toilet paper and no one was there. I even hollered hello.
Upon arrival bathroom was dirty. Tub had cigarette burns on it . No extra toilet paper given when cleaners came in Saturday. Sunday morning,manager walked in at 9 am - we were still sleeping. Scared me and friend to death. We talked to the manger, she defended her actions, apologized for no toilet paper.

We overslept, and when the front desk called at checkout time we asked for just a few minutes to get things together. The woman on the phone said she’d give us 15 minutes, which we very much appreciated, but then she stated that if we weren’t out in 15 minutes she was calling the police. I feel that was uncalled for.

Positives:
Location to Augusta GA. The bed was actually very comfortable. Don't take kids there. As in our case, just needed a place to sleep. Looks like something out of the 1950's. Lots of food nearby.
Negatives:
The room has had extensive ceiling and wall damage. The repairs that were made are terrible. Very outdated and the other people either living or staying there were concerning. The first impression was good when the door opened but the quality was bad.

I traveled with my husband. If I was by myself, I would have been highly uncomfortable.
I think people live at this hotel. They congregated outside to smoke and heard conversations throughout the night. Because the AC units pulls in air from the outside, the rooms smelled of smoke. A large ashtray filled with butts was right by the door.
Couch was stained. Would not sit on it. Sheets stained. The desk chair had cigarette butt hole on it. Bathroom smelled of mildew smoke.
Breakfast was a package muffin.
A large brown spider was on the bathroom counter in the morning.
I would not stay there again.
