Negatives: Every towel in my room was stained. The door had a large stain on it as well. The room smelled like cigarettes and there was a cup of cigarette butts right outside it.

Negatives: The hotel room was filthy. Dried bodily funds were on every piece of furniture. I have stayed in cleaner rooms in third world countries.

Negatives: The staff was nice, but could would on having exceptional customer service. The rooms were filthy. The towels and bedding was stained. The breakfast was bad. There was no coffee. No elevator and was just not well kept.

Negatives: The breakfast was just awful. Nothing hot at all...only the waffle maker. NO protein at all only carbs. syrup dispenser did not work it was frozen or stuck shut. And it was 30 minutes late getting set up.
