Location of room was essentially in the lobby and my reservation was made well in advance. Fitness Center was poorly equipped. Breakfast was a joke. It should not have been advertised as having breakfast.

The coffee pots were empty as I was checking out so had to stop to get some. To be fair, I didn't ask about it so it could have been filled right after I left.

The front desk was very friendly, the room was good for the price.
Negatives:
You can hear a lot from the upstairs room. We were not able to sleep as all night long we hear the upstairs person steps and can even hear the water noice when the bathroom was use from upstairs.

The location was good. The a/c was quiet and the room was not at all musty as we have found in nearby hotels. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant.
Negatives:
The room was rather stark. There was a lot of noise from above - the sound of people walking around. Somehow they had us in a different room in their system and gave a key to our room to other guests who tried to enter our room at 1:00 am. Even though the night clerk became aware of this, it was not corrected until we told the day clerk about it in the morning - should have been corrected. Breakfast was just ok.
