Over priced and needs to be remodeled. Pool needed to be cleaned

The front desk clerk wasn't attentive or friendly...no how are you; never stood to assist us and had a line waiting for Check in at 11 at night. When there was a horrible smell the 2nd night...went to lady at front desk and she said it was probably trash and there was nothing she could do..she would not even get up to see how bad it smell!
