I honestly liked the room it was decent the shower had nat flys in it and the lights went out at the hotel for about an hour or More

I did not like the supervisor of the establishment she was rude and made my whole experience uncomfortable my card was charged twice for incidental fees a hold was put twice on my card in the end the money was returned

They should have a better assortment of items in the cafeteria for breakfast and there is a lack of USB connections to charge cell phones, this service is provided by most hotels today.

The 100 dollar incidentals fee on my card has not been reimbursed.

The front desk staff went over and beyond to help me. I petted hotel to get to airport where my flight was cancelled, I contacted the hotel they sent the shuttle back for me. I had a frustrating day but the staff at the hotel made things so much better

The hotel bar was not open, there were buckets around the lobby for leaking water, there wear little gnats in the room, they did switch our room. The tv remotes in the rooms did not work.

The lobby was cute and fun.
Negatives:
There were spill stains on the elevator walls, the carpets on both the 3rd and 4th floor hallways and bedrooms were also badly stained. The first room we stayed (317) smelled so badly of mildew that we switched rooms and the second room (410) was filthy (streaks on the bathroom wall, dirty headboard, marks and holes in the wall and on the ceiling). I have never stayed at a Marriott affiliated hotel that wasnt clean. My boyfriend said another guest told him Ive stayed at Alofts that are nice, but this one is NOT. It was honestly gross and we left as soon as we woke up the next day.
