Positives:
The beds were super comfortable, the staff was nice and the location for our purpose was perfect.
Negatives:
The a/c didn’t work very well and leaked on the carpet, it was soaked. Coffee maker did not work and the toilet would not completely empty.

Good sized room with 2 queen beds. Fab location for shopping eating and walking to the river. Comfortable, helpful staff. Would stay again. Easy parking next door. Super view of the river.

Bath room is tiny, but does all you need. Beds are cozy for 2 !

Positives:
Location was the highlight....Charleston at our doorstep. Bathrooms are small but there were two separate bathrooms in the room. This is a large corporate hotel, great location but still a large corporate hotel. Our preference is for a smaller, more personal B&B experience.
Negatives:
The toilet wobbled. The bathrooms were very small. The air conditioner was noisy...cutting in and off all night long.

The elevators. The bathroom. We had a great room and view but we. Jerked in late and we couldn’t use the sink because the sink was filled with water. The plug wasn’t working. So it took half an hour to get it fixed. In this meantime I last the opportunity to take as shower before my dinner reservations. That made me really unhappy.
