Positives: Close to family I was visiting,
Negatives: The room I was assigned would not open and I returned to the desk three times ( a long walk, after a long day of travel) then I was given a different room. One small cockroach in the bathroom. Towels and room cleaned every other day.

Positives: I like the room size, comfort, clean, and the staff was great very friendly and helpful. Also on the day before my last day September 28th I had stop by the breakfast area to grab a coffee and luckily everything was still out it was after 11am. And breakfast was great I had the bacon, egg, sausage, blueberry doughnuts it was delicious. The lady came to breakdown everything she said make sure you get everything you need because normally it doesn't be out after 10am so I was just in time.
Negatives: I didn't like that when I arrive the front desk clerk told me that my room was given to someone else even though I booked it a month in advance and told them aproximately what time I'll get there, then I am already tired and hungry and had to wait for them to find me another room on the 3rd floor she said it's going to be a minute so have a seat she'll let me know when something comes available, then when I got in my room the a/c had some weird noise coming from it sounded like electrical problem so I called them to put me in another room so they had me wait again for another room back on 1st floor room 116 this room was good but with a curtain hanging down off the rod and the shower had mold in the ceiling. I'm allergic to mold because of my illness but since I waited too long and I was already exhausted tired, and hungry from a long trip I decided to deal with it since is only for 2 days.

Negatives: Room was so dated. Bed was uncomfortable with too small linens. Certainly not like other Hampton Inns. This location is in desperate need of updates.

Negatives: The carpet dirty. Bathroom floor dirty. Dust on bed headboard. Light next to bed did not work. There was no chair in room to sit in other than desk chair. Uncomfortable to have to sit on bed all evening.
