Negatives: The hotel is under renovation and no where on the Booking website is this mentioned. The pool was not operational due to the renovation. The air-conditioning unit in the room was very loud and can not be stopped unless unplugged. Plus, as we were on the top floor, outside window on the roof were 6 additional air-conditioning units for other parts of the hotel that ran all the time. I needed to sleep with earplugs.

Negatives: The hotel lobby smelled nice but that’s where anything good about this place ends. When we opens the door that lead to the hotel rooms, we were hit with an overpowering smell of cigarettes (although there are signs that prohibit smoking) The elevator was out of order, so we had to walk up to our room (thankfully it was only the second floor). When my wife and I checked in with my 1 year old daughter, I was socked to see the condition of the room. This was the absolute worst hotel room I’ve ever seen. The room was dimly lit and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The sink was full of cigarette ashes and the tub was filthy. The blanket on the bed had cigarette burns and the stove in the kitchen looked like it had never been cleaned. The staff on duty were friendly and was apologetic but there was no way I was staying there with my family. We checked right out and was blessed to find a much better place to stay.

Negatives: I was not informed online when I booked the room that they were under renovation . From start to finish it was a pain to deal with . My wife and I were celebrating our 40th anniversary and this is not where we wanted to be under these circumstances . The pool was closed ( which is one of the reasons we booked the room ) . The staff was less than cordial . But we did have am amazing view of the construction dumpsters . They did however agree to one night free , after I complained several times . We will never stay there again , even for free !!

Negatives: Smell of paint, pool not open.

Negatives: We drove back up from Florida and stopped to stay well the sheets had stains on them and after calling the front desk they refused to do anything about it. Didn’t even want to compensate for the inconvenience. Wouldn’t even give up a different room. Will not recommend this place. We ended up just leaving

Negatives: The facility in general. The whole place was dusty, duty and dark.

Negatives: Main lobby & breakfast were under renovation. My room was clean & comfortable.

Negatives: Difficult street access. Only one elevator.

Negatives: There was construction at my time of stay. It was a minor inconvenience, but it made parking very limited and a bit chaotic at times.

Negatives: All was good.

Negatives: Property was under construction with obvious construction dust. :(

Negatives: Booked the hotel. Showed up with two small children and were told our booking had been cancelled. It was 9.30pm and nobody had contacted us to let us know we were without accommodation. The hotel blamed booking.com Money was then taken out of our account and it took me almost 3 months to get the money back. I sent multiple emails to both the hotel and booking.com How can you turn us away and then take our money? Something was off at this hotel. I would recommend you find another and avoid chasing your money back when they cancel your booking last minute.
