Positives:
The property was very clean, well laid out with nice decor. Loved that there was a ceiling fan in the room! Staff greeted us, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Dave was great! Always offering great recommendations/suggestions and friendly, fun conversation while waiting for our car to be brought around. Breakfast was complimentary with our booking and was tasty with a nice selection.
The property was close enough to all attractions that we could walk if not raining. Also felt very safe and secure. We enjoyed our stay very much!

what a great place this turned out to be with generous sized rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff were super ace and the breakfast included was tremendous with so much on offer and truly generous. Located just off King Street it's location was absolutely fine and we would return in a heartbeat if ever in Charleston again.
Negatives:
it was unfortunate that the bar was no open as we would have enjoyed the op to have a drink in the hotel later in the evening. and the parking was a tad steep at $35 a night.

The staff were amazing and so kind and accommodating. Our hotel room was adequate. Had to call front desk on the daily for towels, toilet paper. Broken faucet in sink never got fixed. Lobby couches need an update.
Negatives:
Farther from the city market and restaurants than we realized. Had to take free bus or Uber to get back and forth. Rooms need updating as well as lobby furniture.

It's well located.

The hotel looked modern, but the rooms were dingy. For example, there were spots on the carpet - some of which were kind of sticky, the bath products were empty and never refilled, the pool water was cloudy, etc. Our room had been a smoking room at some point and you could tell. The desk staff were borderline unfriendly (some of the other folks were really nice) The beds were saggy and pretty uncomfortable.

We had a two bed suite for 4 days. Very clean with very comfortable beds! But no privacy door at the sink and dressing area plus the shower floor was very slippery! Maid service was sparse! Breakfast ended at 9:30 instead of most places which end at 10:00am plus it wasn’t a great breakfast! Also a 3-4 block walk to the visitors center and the free shuttle.

This is a nice facility. Guest rooms are roomy with kitchenettes. Good value. Decent roof pool and fitness center.
Negatives:
A bit too corporate feeling. I wish it were closer to Market Street. Breakfast was so so. Next time will spend a bit more for a better location, and more charm.
