Ol, rooms not kept up. Beds uncomfortable, sheets very old. Furniture old, room not very clean. Breakfast not as I had expected in the past. No waffles to make. Was disappointing.

The close proximity to our adventure and dinner cruise. The staff were very accommodating and professional.
Negatives:
The room itself was nice and relaxing however, for that price, the bed was so uncomfortable and lumpy. The body wash container was about to fall off the shower wall.

Great vacation
Positives:
The hotel is conveniently located between downtown, Folly Beach and a lot of other parks, activities and restaurants. It was quiet and the room had a great large balcony for the kids to play on without disturbing other guests. The breakfast was adequate and they tried to have variety and toppings.
Negatives:
The pool was nice but there were a lot of mosquitoes and other insect flying around which made it impossible to stay there for long, but other than that it was an enjoyable stay.
