Negatives: Wish there was a frequent guests program.. we staycation with you all year long.

Negatives: The noise level, we were put in an adjoining room and is sounded like the people were in our room with a regular speaking level. And in the morning we were placed on one of rooms facing the valet courtyard. They had a Gardner there at 8am cleaning the valet circle with a gas blower for a full hour. Electric maybe or a better time of day. Great stay otherwise.

Negatives: On going construction was load , started before 8:00 am . The hotel did not tell anyone about the construction when you booked or checked in. When we complained about it they said yeh they were getting a lot of complaints. At over $1000 a night this shows dishonesty and lack of customer care. The tubs drain was broken, it took 3 calls and visits to fix it. One time parts were left in the bottom of the tub with no communication to us . We reported it they said oh well look at it. Maintenance staff is poor at best.

Negatives: Could be cleaner

Negatives: Not one thing!

Negatives: Allowed lap dog into Thoroughbred Club. No identifying service dog apparel

Negatives: Now there were a few things- checking in the front desk said my name was not on the reservation after an email had been sent to booking and my husband called the hotel directly? The location of our room was on a lower floor adjacent to elevators- also on the floor with pool and spa- so lots of kids- we are totally family friendly but when babies are screaming in the hallway and they are standing outside of your room to not disturb their room- was a bit much- our room looked like it might need some redecorating - the chairs were stained and worn all of them - there was paint peeling in the bathroom and toiletries have been minimized-we didnt make appts at the spa as you have to walk through it to get to the pool area and it didnt seem very relaxing? They do not have a frequent stay program or rewards for staying.. We did have dinner at the Charleston Grill our favorite place since 1997- they have the best crab cake in the city and the best staff- we had a reservation- 845pm- we were seated and it felt like forever just to get our cocktails and food? The crab cake was different all crabmeat yes - no seasoning at all no sauce or anything? Just the crabcakes with diced tomato? My steak tasted great and I will give them points for the dessert. But the crab cake dish I am too sad to say was disappointing-the wait staff was nice but our server had the three other tables near us sooo it was difficult to wait and wait and wait for food and the mashed potatoes were ice cold in the side dish we ordered. We left the Grill at 1020pm - there were just two of us not a giant party? Did we say anything - no - this is our very favorite restaurant - maybe just an off night???

Negatives: Waiting unnecessarily for our rooms at arrival. Once we were given the Tom’s onset room had a busted safe and had to be changed
