Got booked into a nasty,dirty, smelly room at first. Pleasantly went downstairs & let staff know condition of room. I got upgraded to a clean 2 bedroom. Hotel is old needs work I seen mold in bathroom ceiling. Other than that prettty decent stay.

Location was great , room sizes were good staff was ok swimming pool and breakfast were great
Negatives:
Suite was not ready on time but was delayed by 2.5 hours. Suite was smelling and stinking . It was tried to deodorized but then Ozone generated was so much that breathing was difficult. We had to take urgent small room in near by hotel town and country and spent the night somehow.next day we left the suite

I had trouble getting the water hot enough to take a shower. It was slightly warm only. The tub did not drain well.

Grills nobody had ever cleaned them and when asked if they had gas we was told yes so we bought food to cook instead of going out and the desk clerk couldn’t even assist us with starting them
