- The horrible smell of rooms smelling like mold coming from the AC getting stronger every time it blows air and wet cigarettes -Multiple dead and ALIVE bugs in the room -Awful experience, I was only checked into my room for 1hr and had to leave because I was getting bit by ants and was told in couldnt get a refund because management wasnt there and was instructed to come back that morning and that they would change my room until then. I got Changed to a different room only for that room to have roaches in it, then was told this morning that I would not be issued a refund because I stayed the whole night! After reexplaing my issue with the new front desk member I was then told that management would give me a call in regards to a refund. -DO NOT STAY HERE! Its not worth it, you are better off spending an extra $20-$30 somewhere else TRUST ME!

A lower price shouldnt mean a lowered standard of clean. And if roaches are going to be in my room, then they should pay to be there. At some point the carpet will require cleaning; that point was probably 3 to 5 years ago. HIRE MORE PEOPLE.
