It was decent but not worth the price we paid.
Negatives:
At booking.com, it stated that a continental breakfast was included in the price. When we got there, we were told that it would cost an additional $8. At the price we paid, breakfast should have been included. The room was a lot smaller than it looked in pictures. The bed felt like a brick. We didn't sleep well. When you stay at the Hilton, you expect a very comfortable bed and honesty.

Staff was very friendly and helpful about information in the area. Stayed here to evacuate for a hurricane and the front desk staff was very accommodating to our small dog and children during such a stressful time.

The atmosphere and courtesy of the chef, server and cleaning staff.
Negatives:
I travel often and plan my visits in advance and on schedule. I got to the hotel an hour after check in and room wasn't ready. I was late for my event because it took 2 hrs to check in and my room was not the one I requested. I wanted a jacuzzi and it was not available. my booking was 2 weeks in advance.
