The first room we were assigned smelled like air freshened smoke. Asked to change room and front desk said no. They were booked full. Manager changed our room, went in, someone was in there. Third room finally was fine. So not full. Just disorganized.

Im dating my self but there was no iron in my room and the staff did not provide one after a request. The need was mostly nervousness prior to going to court for oral argument.

The rooms are gross. We were moved to 3 different rooms and all of them were subpar. Mold and mildew visible on surfaces and maintenance needed across the board.

The bed was as hard as a rock. When I said something to 2 front desk clerks they brushed me off. I was unable to complete what I came there to do.

Our room was awful. The property and booking.com did nothing to rectify the situation for us. Broken toilet and shower, no bedding for sofa bed provided (requested and had to wait a long time). No available pillows for sofa bed.

Was disappointed that guests had to pay for parking. There were no wash cloths and the shower water pressure was horrible no matter what time we took a shower.

location was great for our purpose

we werent given the right room. booked a king room and received 2 doubles. it wasnt a big deal. we checked in and visited friends. came back to a hot room. air would not work, although it was running. it was late and just me and my young daughter. did not want to have to deal with changing rooms so late. tried calling front desk multiple times to get someone to check the air or try to fix it. continued to be busy and no answer for an extended period of time. I finally gave up when my child fell asleep. glad it was only 1 night.

The fire alarm went off at 4am and the staff were incredibly unhelpful and not at all sympathetic. I spoke to one guest who was staying there for a month and he said the fire alarm had gone off in the middle of the night FOUR times during his stay. To me this is unforgivable. A hotel has ONE job and that is to provide a place for guests to SLEEP. There is no way to justify allowing this issue to go unremedied.
