Most everything was fine.
Negatives:
Upon checking in, I was told my reservation had been canceled due to arriving after a certain time. The man didn't seem too interested in resolving the matter until another woman came in right behind me with the same issue, at which point he began helping her for several minutes as if, I wasn't there. Once he had her squared away AND my boyfriend came walking up to the desk, i was then assisted.

Made reservation in June they changed their reservation computer program and couldn't find my reservation. It took them 1 hour to finally find it but after driving 11 hours to get there was not thrilled with this. Had my family with me also was looking forward to getting in room right away so we could go out into town before she had to move into her dorm room for college.

Very very nice staff and very helpful. The gym and pool were very good and well equipped. Bed was very confortable and the room spatious. The breakfast had quite a few options, so it was reasonable.
Negatives:
The only down side was probably the noise coming from the AC or the pipes that can be a problem for someone who has trouble sleeping with noise.

The location was awesome for what we were there for.

The chair's and air-conditioning unit had mildew. Also while we we're waiting for the elevator the staff was talking really bad about the people staying in the hote mainly black people. We couldn't help hearing them while they were cleaning up a room they were so loud.

Was disappointed by having an additional fee upon arrival to park. I went back after my visit to search the listing to see if it was something I missed, but it wasn't mentioned. I picked the hotel based on price and to be blindsided by a parking fee was frustrating.
