Positives:
Good breakfast. Lots of variety. within walking distance of the campus and buses to football game.
Negatives:
we went to the bar for a drink and no one around. 1 girl at the check in and swamped. So we sat there about 20 minutes and finally left. no view.

Very convenient location and within short walking distance to the Colonial Life Arena.
Negatives:
Our room was not ready when we arrived 2.5 hours after check in time. The staff were very accommodating and wonderful, so it was a minor inconvenience only because we had to be somewhere at a certain time.

Location was good. In room view of city was nice.
Negatives:
Dirty sheets on fold out couch, staff couldn’t replace with a new one because she “couldn’t leave the front desk” and didn’t know where her coworker was. I offered to come down and get one but she declined because she would still have to leave the desk to retrieve the linen. Heater for indoor pool broken. One battery in tv remote left it unusable. Front desk did give me new batteries when I went down and asked. Extra 25$ to park in the parking lot. Dirty silverware at breakfast service.

The location was perfect in the middle of great restaurants and shops. It was able to fit our entire family of 6.
Negatives:
The breakfast was okay and it was slow to refill during the busy morning so just had cereal. The beds weren’t super comfortable as the bed frame was squeaky. The toilet seat didn’t have a cover which was weird. The TV was also looking like it was about to burn out.
