Pillows need case coverings not just pillow cases. The rooms were too small for the price more like a motel. No refrigerator space. And no microwaves were in the room. Whose heating up there food in the lobby with everyone else. This is a sanitation issue. Towels and wash clothes were not clean. This is not Tru Hilton caliber. It was sad and entirely too expensive for poor quality. I’ve been all over the world and Tru Hilton name has been up to standards but this one is pitiful and they should be ashamed to use that name!

I didn't like that I forgot my cardigan in my room and when I called I was told the cleaning supervisor would be asked about it and I haven't heard back from the hotel. So, lovely that I wasn't contacted when a belonging was found in my room or that someone on the staff stole it. I'm going to assume it was stolen since I haven't been called back.

They billed me unecpected cost, i have a confirmation email for two days as $324, but they charged me $430. I called booking.com and she said me(Miah) they will return but nobody said anything about this. This was really disappointing.
