Positives:
Convenience to I 26 and I 20.
Negatives:
Breakfast was pretty bad. We had stayed at a Hampton, Best Western, Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn this trip. We looked forward to and enjoyed their breakfasts. We had stayed at Tru Ocala, FL and theirs was good. I’m glad you at least had cereal.

Positives:
The stay was exceptional. The staff was great. They helped us to get an early check in for a wedding we needed to be at by 3p.m. The level of welcoming they gave us was beyond anything I could ask for when checking in. I didn't get any names because we were rushing but those ladies were awesome. Each person from check in to housekeeping was exceptional.
Negatives:
My only issue was that I didn't sleep well because the bed was a little too firm for me so the next morning my back hurt so bad lol. I would definitely stay again for the level of customer service I received though because that makes up for anything that could have went wrong.
