The place looked clean until I had spilled a couple drops of liquid on the floor. I just could not believe how dirty the floor was when I looked at the cloth. It has been months since it was cleaned.

My son forgot his switch case that had games in it(valued at $600) in stand between beds and yes it is our responsibility to check things before leave but accidents happen. I had to call the hotel 5 times before someone finally checked just to be told it wasn't there. I got such a run around and we know it was there because we were traveling and he realized about 4 hours after we left when he went to get the case out at our next stop. I then started calling the hotel to get the items and was told to call in morning because I needed to speak to housekeepers and then told to call back later and everyday was another reason. The staff are thieves, my son worked hard to earn the money to buy these games and they lied and said not there when we clearly know that's where they were. I hope whoever stole them playing with my sons hard earned games as they are just thieves by being dishonest and not allowing us to have them back. We will never stay here again and I recommend you don't either or don't forget anything valuable because they can't be trusted to return. I wouldn't trust them to clean either with your valuables in the room. I was a housekeeper at one point in my life and always turned in the items I found. Things are not cheap people.

Very unkempt & dirty. Cobwebs on all lamps. Nonsmoking accommodation, room linens smelled of smoke . Shower curtain not properly aligned causing water to run out on floor. Water not properly draining tub causing you to stand in dirty water for entire length of shower. Breakfast area dirty and coffee very watery.

Breakfast was pretty decent. They had bagels, waffle making supplies, yogurt and fruit, as well as oatmeal and Grits.

I feel that the staff at the front desk could have been more accommodating. My family stayed and they refused to give a family of 5 more than 2 towels. Staff lady at the front desk at night was rude.
