The suite, the accessibility to many places, the real feel of a home but in a hotel and all the facilities.
Negatives:
I had my cat with me,in a carrier and I let the cleaning crew know that she was in her carrier not roaming around in the room. Never once did the cleaning crew come into my room to give toilet paper, clean towels and washcloths or even clean bedding. I ended up having to buy toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags to keep room tidy.
I just want to say if a patron has the tag on the door you should clarify what it means because in my 5 day stay speaking to the personnel /manager wasn't doing anything.
Asides from that issue everything else was good.

Kids were running up and down hallways like a heard of wild elephants Playing to rough in the swimming pool and their parents didn?t dislike them. So bad my grandchildren wanted to get out of the pool.

The hotel was clean, affordable, and in a great location.

Door knob handle came off when opening the door to the room, and shade to window would go up, just further down past the window but not up all the way to pull up from over the window.

Since we were traveling with our grandchildren We were counting on the indoor pool for activities and was extremely disappointed to find it was closed for the evening. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and well stocked room , and the friendliness of staff.

All in all we were pleased with our stay and will probably stay in future when traveling with family
