Negatives: We did not get housekeeping services. Had to go get the towels ourselves. The bathroom was moldy smelled of mold. The hot water took a long time to warm up. The AC was loud. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable and has metal sticking into your back. The linens were not really good. There was a bug on the wall on the bed. I took a photograph of it and brought it to the attendant at the desk. She said that they could move us, but this was late at night so I didn’t feel like doing that. When I brought the photograph to the front desk attendant, she advised me that that was a carpet beetle. The breakfast was OK. The ketchup bottles were empty and it wasn’t very clean.

Negatives: Housekeeping forgot to clean my room. That was annoying. The front desk called me while I was away asking if I was missing a credit card due to Housekeeping finding a card on the floor in my room while cleaning it. However when I got back after being out all day my room in fact had not been touched. I was only there for only 2 nights. The front desk checked & said they had my room scheduled for cleaning on the day I checked out. She said she's not sure what happened but my room should've been cleaned. Thankfully I'm a pretty tidy person, therefore I made the best of it. It was just very annoying because I was expecting a clean room upon arrival. I was tired & so was my toddler. However she jumped in her unmade bed with no problem & I simply made the best of it & took some trash to the downstairs trash cans & got fresh towels from the front desk. The lady at the front desk was great. She apologized and quickly gave me a fresh set of towels. She also followed up & told me that they mistakenly called me about the credit card. She explained the meant to call another customer. If it had not been for her, I probably would be leaving a lower score than an "8". She was very nice.

Negatives: I had trouble connecting my laptop to the Wi-Fi, even after asking at the front desk for help. To their credit, the receptionist was able to connect it in the lobby, but I lost connection as soon as I returned to our room, and could never get it to connect again. We got the efficiency room with a small kitchen and although there were plates, and cups, pots, and pans, there wasn't any silverware. Kind of disappointing. For 3 adults, the room was kind of small. There wasn't room to get between the sleeper sofa and the main bed when the sleeper sofa was in bed form. The shower had some small water damage.
