Breakfast was okay, or mid...I'm not a big egg person, the sausage seemed steamed, but was not as bad as I thought it would be. Would have preferred milk in cartons. Oatmeal and bagels were adequate.
Negatives:
Road noise on the 5th floor was terrible. The cooling system/ AC unit was way too loud. There was no microwave in the room...I can't remember the last time I stayed in a room without a microwave in it. There was a rectangle on the TV screen that would disappear for 5 seconds when I pressed the exit button on the remote but would continue to reappear no matter what I did.

Staff was very friendly and tried to help the best they could .
Negatives:
We reserved a room with 2 double beds and upon checking in found that our room was king bed ( family of 3) by mistake. There was no other room for us to switch to they were booked. Was told it was a computer mistake not their end. I get these things do happen .They did apologize and offer us extra blankets and pillows for our 13 year old to sleep on the floor. Manager was out of town but they told us once they returned Monday they could most likely discount our room for our trouble . since no one ( including myself) would want to sleep on a hotel floor for that much money but we were never contacted nor credited anything towards our room. The ladies were very sorry but again management never did anything on their end to make it right . I'm never a person to complain and had our daughter been a baby or toddler sharing a bed would have been perfectly fine but we all just needed a good night's sleep before a long day of her competition .

The room had everything Ive ever wanted, including a rolling work table and rolling chair which meant my partner and I could comfortably play cards. Big, bright bathroom with thick towels. Wonderful shower.
Negatives:
Only the irritating positive thoughts messages covering the front door plus stickers, on the soap/shampoo etc dispensers.
