Staff was AMAZING! When Aloft tells you they are pet friendly, they’re not exaggerating. I brought my GSD, and every time we walked through the lobby there was a staff member there asking if he/she could pet my dog and offered him treats. Every. Signle. Time.

My only complaint was that I received an email asking if the hotel could accommodate me in any way so I make a request I received a confirmation email that they could meet my request for my anniversary with my wife. I get to the hotel and I am so embarrassed that my request wasn’t met. So I call the front desk show them my email. They look my dead in the face and say we don’t do this type of request. Then why did you email me telling me you do. I thank you forward my email and my complaint to the manager of the hotel no response and it’s been over a week. Than I make another formal complaint and still no response
