Positives: The staff. Very very clean, any possible needs could be met. Nice pool area.

Negatives: My credit card was charged twice. I chose to pre-pay, and the location also made me pay the full amount. I was charged on June 7th by Booking.com, June 10th by the hotel, and again for a $100 security deposit. I am expecting $229.59 refunded, and have yet to receive.
