Was sent a message that we could do late checkout for a 50 dollar charge but when I tried to use it the front desk worker was extremely rude and said they don't offer that ....she was arguing with the other front workers and I had to wait to ask. The worker was so rude me and my family decided to leave and eat somewhere else for breakfasts because she had to put more batter in the machine at 9am.
