Negatives: When we initially arrived, the lady at the front desk was very short and seemed bothered by our arrival, and when we arrived at the room, the door to the room was unlocked and cracked open, so I had to make sure nobody was inside before I let my wife enter after me, when we got inside, the entire room smelled of cigarette smoke and we had asked specifically for a no smoking room, we had to go back downstairs and ask for another room, the new room wasn’t much better, when I turned on the water to take a shower, the water came out brown at first and I had to let it run for a bit to clear it out. The hallway leading to the outside where the rooms were located smelled of rotting food and moth balls and the carpet on the staircase was covered in dirt and grime.

Negatives: Roaches in room.

Negatives: Security lights out, no coffee maker or fridge, no hairdryer in one of our rooms, 7am late for breakfast to begin

Negatives: It was loud the guest they had were questionable felt somewhat safe

Negatives: We didn't like the older room! We've always stayed in the renovated rooms and this time wasn't bad but we just like the up to date rooms a lot better!
