I filled out my reservation online for September the 7th. Made it to the hotel at 1 AM to be told I was under age and couldn't stay. (Eventhough I was required to take a picture of my license to make a reservation.) Since the site is a "third-party" the
Wyndam staff, nor I, was notified of the age problem.
I finally got a room at Holiday Inn at 3 in the morning. (Probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Worth the high prices.)
I still haven't received my refund for the 100 liability taken out of my card.
Wyndam corporate ruined my night, as well as my trip. My brother and I were exhausted traveling the next day.

Didn’t get under the covers....

Didn't have breakfast but did get blueberry muffins once. The little area they have to buy drinks and snacks was nice.
The beds were clean and comfortable.

The room was dark and needed a thorough cleaning.
The hotel has roaches. The pool area was small but had nice furniture. I'm not sure if the pool is getting the proper maintenance and chemicals.

Walked in after checking in online and there were four other people in line waiting in front me while the front desk attendant was away from the desk, some had been waiting almost 20 minutes. After waiting our turn, we got into a room that had mold all over the mattress, bugs on the floor, and a filthy bathroom. Went back down to the office to ask for another room. To the credit of the front desk attendant, she was extremely friendly with everyone and was easily multitasking with customers and phone calls. The second was better but still had a ton of opportunities with cleanliness in the bathroom. In the am, went back to the lobby to get my deposit back and although there were there seperate employees standing there, none could help us so we waited again.
