The room smell mold. I’m not exaggerating I could sleep because of the smell. I literally couldn’t breathe. They had no other room available, and I could change hotel since I checked in at 1 am.
The following day they said they couldn’t refund the night because I decided to stay……….

I was on the first floor and there were couple of very nice cats that dropped by.

The carpet under the AC unit was wet, electrical units were hard to find, There were no USB outlets, The room looked like it had not been updated since 1985.The Breakfast selections were awful. I started to go across the street and eat at Holiday Inn. There was no coffee maker in the room as promised by the "room amenities list. The TV did not work.

one towel for three days and no replacement for dry ones, no soap - there was a small piece for three days - I asked at the reception for a couple of pieces but they gave me only one and said no more is allowed, one small piece of soap for three days? a bubble in the bathroom that was scary to step on and fall through while bathing. They gave me a room near the stairs and I couldn't sleep for three days, it was very noisy, strange people were walking around there all night...

We booked last minute on way to Greenville SC, headed home from WV; and chose this Baymont by Wyndham hotel. We were greeted by a friendly front-desk clerk, and she gave us a first floor room as I had requested. the room was very spacious, comfortable; bed was wonderful--very comfy!! The room had a microwave, mini-frig, table and chairs, comfortable sitting chair, nice bathroom and bathroom amenities. No complaints at all! The breakfast the next morning was very good! Plenty of coffee, cereals, milk, bagels, muffins, whole wheat and white toast, boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt and juices. Seating was in breakfast room beside lobby. Very nice!!
Also, there's a Carolina Ale House within walking distance. Good food and drink!
