I initially had an issue with my room not having hot water, the maintenance man fixed it expeditiously! Thank you Alejandro! Front desk daytime attendants are just amazing!!!! WE THE PEOPLE LOVE G, he’s the BEST! True southern hospitality! Nice and clean fitness center with an indoor pool across the hall stocked with towels so you don’t have to use the ones in your room!
Negatives:
Unless I somehow missed it, add some travel vouchers and brochures about fun this to do in and around Greenville! Also, pricing, it’s decent, but could be a tad bit lower in my opinion. I am going to be a regular returning patron monthly/ bi monthly for the span of 4-14 days! I look forward to returning to ” Comfort inn & suites” and paying a reasonable price compared to others in the area at a lower price offering the same amenities and environment.

The hotel was clean, smelled really good. The staff was very nice when we checked in. The location was good. The room was very nice, tv mounted and moved so you could easily see from your bed. Lots of room in the double queen suite, the AC worked great.
Negatives:
First, the toilet paper is crazy cheap and practically see through.
Second, we had a joining room, we didn't need one, and whoever was staying next door to us came in about 1:30am. We could hear EVERYTHING going on in that room, and I do mean everything. Was kept up until about 4am.
At breakfast the eggs were awful, by 8:30 they had ran out of sausage, they only have 1 waffle maker and a huge line for it and the pancake machine wasn't working. So breakfast was a huge bust for us.
