Bedbugs ! We were in town for a funeral already dealing with a loss and then paying all this money and coming home with BEDBUGS ! and as soon as we got there the lady at the front desk and on the phone gossiping with a friend we stood for 10min

Nothing was great about this hotel except the price.

The staff at the facility was really rude. The toilet in the room would not flush. I went to the front desk. I was basically told to figure it out and fix it. After looking at the mattress and box springs. I found bed bugs i left immediately.

Front desk associate was obviously not happy where she worked. Room was horrible. Tried to get ahold of manager and they did not call back. Almost fell down stairs because outside stairs were deteriorated.

The room was just ok. No coffee maker or microwave. We should have stayed at the Besy Western for about the same price.

The Continental Breakfast was terrible. NO eggs, no bread, no sausage, no bacon. no milk, watered down Orange and the other juice. Very poor baskets & gravy. No fruit! Pitiful!! The hotel and breakfast was misrepresented on the advertisement. I'm am requesting some rebate from Corporate. No excuses. I talked to the Manager and his excuses were useless. Poor Management. The Manager told us he only has to provide Cereal. There was NO Milk!!!!
