Roach infested, super greasy dirty floors, no flowing water in bathtub, gross beds with cigarette burn marks, obviously blood/ feces stains on mattresses. When you get checked out, a man has to go run to your room to make sure you didn't steal anything before giving deposit back. Disgusting behavior. There is nothing remotely acceptable there. Do not take your children here. I couldn't let my son walk on the floors they were so gross. Put us in one room and then I had to ask for another room when we discovered the water didn't work. Had long term residents yelling talking and bickering all night waking my toddler up. Could've had a better experience sleeping in my car.
