Had to wait for rooms and the manager was rude. I filed a formal complaint with corporate and no one followed up. My bed was terrible and the room smelled like bleach. The hotel looked like a Hilton Hotel instead of an Embassy Suites. Valet charged me just to get my car for dinner even though I told them I was staying at the hotel.

One evening they had 2 free adult beverages in the lounge. Very relaxing.

Would like to have seen another bar other than the rooftop and the Ruth Chris would’ve liked to just had a casual bar to where you could get a drink and casual clothing

Perfect location, better than average complimentary breakfast, nice little complimentary drink fest each night. Great suite, convenient parking lot beneath the hotel at reasonable rate of $7 a day. Enjoyed the rooftop restaurant.

BREAKFAST HAD PLENTY TO CHOOSE FROM. WE GOT TO THE AFTERNOON RECEPTION @ 615 AND THERE WERE NO PLATES LEFT AND MOST OF THE FOOD WAS GONE. THEY DIDN'T REPLACE IT BUT TH ATS A SMALL ISSUE. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT.
