The entrance location. Traffic was horrible so it took a little while to be able to turn in the entrance

It was overall a good...
Positives:
The staff was lovely and there was always complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby.
Negatives:
Room 1: musty smell, moved due to roach in shower Room 2: ladybugs (@ least not roaches!), moved because of gas leak on 5th floor Room 3: fine, but less clean than the other rooms Staff was absolutely lovely though!
