The location was perfect for my business in Greenville South Carolina.
Positives:
The room was nice - comfortable beds. Had a small refrigerator and nice size TV. Having a bar in the hotel was also a plus. I really liked that you had to use your key car to access your floor.
Negatives:
We were pretty disappointed with the overall experience. We had to ask for coffee and towels the day we checked in. There wasnt any coffee in the lobby for guest. We had to pay to park in an open parking lot. Hospitality was not the vibe I got!!!

My credit card was charged twice. When I noticed the additional charge (30 minutes later), I immediately notified the front desk and they worked to resolve it quickly. They were also very apologetic & took ownership. Mistakes happen so I was not worried.

Location was fine for what we needed
Negatives:
We were told that we couldnt eat in the lounge area even though kitchen was closed. We were a family of 4 and not enough room in bedroom to eat. We had to get takeout as kitchen closed and restaurant we went to was only doing take out as they were closing soon. We had to eat outside where they still didnt want us to eat. Not sure why they were so adamant when they could not serve us food. Shower door wouldnt close also

The room was very comfortable and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is also very close to downtown!
Negatives:
There are no microwaves in the rooms, and breakfast is not complimentary. The walls also seemed to be very thin, you could hear peoples cell phones, music, and conversations through the walls.

Not enough luggage carts we never got one when we checked in, and I had a terrible back pain at the time, so it was a stressful moment. It was difficult to get one to check out too
