Me and wife are disabled im in a wheel chair was told I would have a roll in shower and it did not my chair wouldn't even fit though the door. So I'm going to report that certainly not worth the price.

They where very nice about changing my room the day before. I don't know how to select Handicap in Your website

The room had roaches and stink bugs in it. The AC didn't work even though it had power running to it. Red Roof Management shouldn't prevent customers from using AC just because it's fall. The outlets looked as if they caught on fire.

The front desk was nice.

There seems to be people living there full time which is ok but they didn't seem to like that I was there renting a room for the night. The smell was so bad from all the smoking I had to sleep with a mask on and it still gave me a migraine the next day so badly I had to leave at 3am. I'm used to a minor smoke smell but this was stifling.
