Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Facilities were clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was available earlier, which we appreciated, we even got a bigger one at no extra charge. Very comfortable and well equipped for our needs, we felt at home. Great breakfast, pool and even laundry room.

The outdoor area was very nice, the rooms were spacious. We were in a 2 BR suite. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel. And the staff went above and beyond, to be friendly and HELPFUL!

There was a died roach on the ceiling going towards bathroom. Didn’t like the fact that dogs was allowed in the breakfast area. 2 dogs was about to fight on Sat. They took one of the dogs out the side dog of breakfast area but brought him back in where I was sitting getting ready to eat. Dog so tall as I turned not knowing he was there I almost turned the table over getting up close to the as the owner pulled him away but he came back towards my plate. Guest laughed ( I didn’t find it funny)cause I cuss before I realized it but apologized to the elderly guess . I was caught off guard. I got the hotel as we were vacationing but didn’t get to enjoy cause my heart was racing. When we left on Sunday I didn’t even bother to go down as fear of the dogs.

Positives:
The property was very conveniently located to everything and the amenities/after hours socials were amazing! All of the staff were fantastic, super friendly, and very accommodating! There wasn’t much I didn’t like about my stay.
Negatives:
The only issue I had with my stay was that the rooms had a very pungent unpleasant aroma. The first room I was in smelled like an old mildewed mop had been sitting in there for quite a while and it was coming from the vents. In the hotel’s defense, they did inform me when I arrived that room was scheduled to have the ducts cleaned 2 days later and they graciously moved my son and I into another room. The second room was much better in comparison, but it still had a very musty unpleasant aroma. However the hotel was booked and I wasn’t going to as to move again. When I got home, my said it smelled as if I had slept in a restaurant kitchen all week and all of my belongs were saturated in the aroma.
That being said, the stay itself was very pleasant otherwise and you couldn’t ask for a more friendly staff!!

This is the friendliest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and anticipated all of our needs. The breakfast was excellent.

Facilities were clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful and friendly and provided great suggestions for shopping and dining. Karan warmly welcomed us and was exceptionally helpful at suggesting points of interest and places to eat....The room was comfortable and equipped for our needs. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.
Negatives:
Upon arrival, we were made aware of the fact that one of the hotel water heaters was down and that they were awaiting parts. There was little warm water available. ....we chose to stay even though most showers we took were mostly cool. We were offered compensation because of the inconvenience. This was a temporary problem that the management was trying to fix as efficiently as possible...Therefore, I can't give the Inn a negative review based on this issue.
