The hotel common areas are very nice, and the rooms are comfortable.
Negatives:
This was my third stay. Each time check in took too long. It is always annoying when you stand at the reception desk while the person working the counter has a (long) conversation with someone who has called. The body wash was empty in my room. I told the staff the morning after my first night. I returned later in the evening to find that it had not been replaced.

The hotel had a good atmosphere and was clean. The room was very nice. The location, though not downtown, was quiet and comfortable.
Negatives:
When we arrived both desk clerks were on the phone and didn't address us until they finished their conversations; probably four of five minutes. After that they were very nice and helpful, but when a guest arrives they should put the person on the phone on hold.
